According to the outage tracking website Downdetector, Amazon.com Inc‘s shopping services were unavailable for thousands of users on Monday.
Downdetector analyzes outages by compiling status updates from a variety of sources, including user-submitted faults on its platform, and found over 10,000 incidences of individuals reporting troubles with Amazon.
Amazon did not reply quickly to a request for comment.
