Warner Bros. Discovery will this week offer buyouts to employees of its U.S. ad sales staff, as part of a plan to downsize the worldwide sales force by as much as 30 percent, according to sources familiar with the issue.
The buyouts are one of the company’s first major cost-cutting measures since its establishment in April following Discovery’s acquisition of WarnerMedia.
