Elon Musk has relocated to a “very tiny” three-bedroom property in Boca Chica, South Texas, valued at $45,000.
The millionaire told Kyle Forgeard, a podcast presenter, that the South Texas mansion was “officially a three-bedroom but it used to be a two-bedroom” until he converted the garage.
Following more than a year of intense curiosity over whether Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk truly calls a tiny, extremely cheap prefabricated house “home,” Musk himself has set the record straight: he does own a Boxabl Casita. Among the other issues covered, Musk clarified the allegation that he resided in a Boxabl Casita prefab home. As it turns out, Musk sparked the notion when he tweeted that he was living in a $50K prefab home rented from SpaceX. In a later tweet, he denied residing in the Casita, claiming that his primary residence was an inexpensive house.
