
Tesla has been accused of misrepresenting its Autopilot and Full Self-Driving functions as giving autonomous car control. The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) of California filed complaints with the state Office of Administrative Hearings. The DMV is pursuing remedies, including the suspension of Tesla’s license to sell automobiles in California. Tesla did not reply quickly to emailed requests for comment.
